incredibly nice staff and ideal location close to the business district, everything was perfect. location: the hotel was near the metro, free bus to the malls and the beach as well as supermarkets and malls. it was good to be 3 km away from pickl, serving short-orders. no complains at all, this was a really really nice stay for 5 nights.

The hotel is in a perfect spot next to the stadium and close to sporting events, malls, and the train station. Panini nearby is a great place to enjoy tea or coffee.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family. It's surrounded by open area which was nice in busy Dubai. Taxis are easily available. It's easy to get to Dubai Mall, Ikea, Wafi, etc. If you contact them ahead of time they will send you their shuttle schedule which helps when planning your stay.

The pool is currently being remodeled which was a big disappointment. I had contacted them before about coming with my family and they never mentioned that it was out of order. They do allow you to use the pool at the hotel next door but it is no where near as nice as the one we expected to have access to. We brought in our food or ate out as the restaurant was limited.

Staff are professional, very friendly, and have great hospitality. Apartment is so clean with modern design. Kitchen facilities include oven, microwave, dish washer. Also, it has dress washer and iron.

They leave only one receptionist!!! Also, if he/she leave for meal you will find no one there!!! That is what happened when we arrived for check-in. I have to admit that the selected staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.

The location is very convenient, with close proximity to La Mer Beach, Dubai Mall, and restaurants in Wafi. the king suite offers amenities like a multi-channel television, dining area, and a sitting area. the view from the window showcases a beautiful skyline.

The room was great value for money and nicely furnished with climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the environment inside was quiet. It had a nice design inside and outside. Parking was very good.

The doors handles needed adjusting since they made a bang when closing and opening and made bothering the ones who were sleeping. The area were isolated and if someone needs taxi or to buy something from a supermarket it is very difficult to get. I need to ask something from the reception or operator but it took very longtime to pick up a phone.There was an stadium in front of hotel which made too much noise some days in the morning.
